I have thought about making some other way of showing the completed tasks when processing an transaction.

[ X] Resolving dependencies – Completed.
[ *] Downloading packages ( 7 / 14) ETA 5 min. 12 sec.
[ ] Checking Package GPG Signatures.
[ ] RPM: Testing the transaction
[ ] RPM: Update/Install/remove Packages
[ ] RPM: Cleanup old package

Will that be better ?

Hi,

IMHO, the total progress indicator is more useful than the individual package progress meter. If you are going to stick with one progressbar, I’ll request that it be the total progress one. Thanks.

There is only one progressbar at the moment, i not sure how much infomation you will get by adding a total progress one. But i is a possibility i will add at total progress one.

Nice work!

However when the transactions are carried out, the overall progress-bar is not shown (as it used to be in yumex-2.0*), only a progressbar for the current package is shown.
